The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was satisfactory and included in the room price. The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing valuable guidance on places to visit.

The hotel insisted on payment through them instead of directly to the driver, resulting in an inflated rate. The discrepancy between what the driver claimed to receive and what the hotel charged was disheartening, as it appeared that the staff was taking advantage of guests.

There was free Wi Fi at the hotel. Taj Ganj district won't disappoint you...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, although quite small and without a window , was clean and tidy. The hotel is located quite close to a small mall which has a McDonald's, making it convenient for grabbing a quick bite. the hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and other important attractions around the city.

Additionally, the staff provided great service, ensuring that all basic amenities were met, including AC in the rooms. Lastly, the location was convenient, being quite close to a small mall which had a McDonald's, and within easy reach of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

It was just a short walk from the hotel to the Agra Red Fort, allowing us to easily explore the historical site. the restaurant at the hotel also provided a great dining option after a busy day of sightseeing. the room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a decent-sized bathroom. the staff were friendly and polite, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast included in the room price was average, but it was nice to have it conveniently available.

It would have been better if the hotel had stronger wifi connectivity to ensure that guests can access it from their rooms.

Despite not having hot water and lacking a chair or table, the room had two small windows which allowed natural light to enter, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast, with Indian food served, was simple yet satisfying.
